Return and Exchange Policy

At Hiymara Artwork, each piece is made with care and intention — many of our products are personalized and custom-made, which means we typically do not accept returns.

That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Contacting Us

Email us at hiymaraartwork@gmail.com or use the contact form on our website. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos, if applicable

Exceptions

We may offer a replacement or store credit in cases where:

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong item

Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos so we can resolve it promptly.

Exchange

Damaged and defective products replacement/exchange will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to original mode of payment within 3-5 business days after receiving the product, valid for 6 months from the date of issue. You can use this credit on any future purchase from Hiymara Artwork.
